Data Collection Scope

We collect your name, contact details, payment identifiers (UPI VPA, Paytm number, PhonePe handle), device fingerprint and session logs. We collect only what is necessary to operate your account and comply with applicable law.

Cookie Use

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active, analytics cookies to understand lobby navigation patterns, and preference cookies to remember your language and display choices. You can withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time in account settings.

Account Security Measures

Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never visible to our staff. Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and we recommend enabling it. Suspicious login attempts trigger an automatic account review before access is restored.

Data Retention Periods

Active account data is retained for the duration of your account plus five years after closure, in line with our financial record-keeping obligations. Transaction logs involving UPI or Paytm are kept for seven years. Marketing preferences are deleted within 30 days of opt-out.

Third-Party Processors

Payment gateway partners who process UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions are bound by contractual data-processing agreements. We do not permit them to use your data for their own marketing. A current list of processors is available on request.

Your Right to Erasure

You may request deletion of your personal data after closing your account. We will erase all non-legally-required records within 30 days and confirm completion by email. Data subject to statutory retention obligations will be deleted once that period expires.
